In the current state of the island (complete mayhem lawlessness in the cities) I do not recommend we employ this policy. If anyone has a bounty that large, odds are someone is attempting to free/kill them while in custody. Overall, this would hurt APD and that's not very cash money.

@Patatoseeems like you have some good ideas of ur own. The small stuff I guess might be nice to see change like armor and mental but I’m curious about what larger changes you think would be a good idea. As much as I love the development forums I feel like some stuff is a known issue, is a suggestion required to have Mitch approve ?

1. unblacklisting certain people for certain offences
2. changes to fed event frequency
3. increase profit for APD officers

Seems like a lot of people are on the same page as far as fed events go, so how does server development along w captains feel about this issue? How can we please both sides? @Patato @Gen. Henry Arnold @bbgreg17

Right now, the server is full... 141 players on asylum. There are currently 6 members of the APD, two of which are cadets. This is a common occurrence. Why doesn't the APD open the gates and streamline civilians getting rank of cadet? Why are we not seeing mass-recruitment? I am not a LT, and this is slightly directed at them along with captains, but what about allowing SGT's to perform interviews? make the faction appealing, attracting... people achieve constable then stop playing because the APD feels stagnant and civ is more appealing, and I don't blame them. We gotta figure our shit out this are just a few ideas that popped into my head as far as recruitment goes. I created this thread in hopes others will chime in.
