Re added the word Metagaming to the rules under the exploit category. Intentionally left undefined as metagaming covers a large number of unique one off situations that are too numerous to define.

Effectively immediately APD Captain's are bound by the guidebook just as their subordinates are. Their conduct in game and out of game will be enforced by the guidebook. There is no one with an APD rank who should be considered above the guidebook or not required to follow the rules they are bound by as such.

Heyo! Been a while since I've been around but I've recently gotten back into cop duties again!

One thing I've noticed is that a Leadership Training would come in handy for a couple reasons. Not only would it be a nice little refresher for some of the higher ranks, but this type of training would also be great for the lower ranks that are getting the hang of the APD flow. Any upcoming Constable looking to be Corporal and any Corporal looking to be Sergeant would thrive from this - taking what they learn and showing it off in the field.

Things have changed a little since I've been around, but Leadership sessions are always very beneficial and can be made into a lot of different scenarios which would be great fun!

**Edit:** I see Bilbo did a Leadership Academy last year in October. Maybe having another one of those 6+ months later and then here and there on a common basis would be nice!
