remove the sound mod whitelist

As title says. Gives players an audio edge over normal players. Can hear cars 3k out. This should not be allowed on Asylum.

i dont use it myself but it's only an advantage for people that use it, which every single person has the ability to use it. i dont really see how its unfair when you can make the choice to use it yourself.

Everyone can get scripts. I don't see how it's unfair when you can choose to script or not.

I agree.

 

It makes robbing anybody or sneaking up on someone running the mod impossible. They hear you 2-3km out and just drive away before you can even get a visual of them. And if younpakr that far and run. Chances are they are gone by the time you get there.
