Not sure how many times this has been said but the mags being wiped whenever entering a gunner seat on a vehicle is very annoying.

(I have been corrected that is it a BI bug, annoying nonetheless)

My mistake. I have noticed sometimes when you are returned from a failed trial you spawn under the prison and it kills you resetting your prison time. Also is there any way a fence could be put in between the jury and the defendant to prevent them from escorting/blindfolding you.

Man thats been on Bohemias bug list for over a year lol.  Its not as important as changing the way you walk every 6 months tho

Should've been there last night at the fed we did... Mass kicked 2 times during it... Cops down me in hemmit and me and the cop got kicked lol... I came back repaired the hemmit and sold my bars.

I lethalled everyone near that hemmt. Then a minute later it just teleported away.

We had the hemmt disabled and surrounded 2 times.  First time it teleported away second time all the cops got kicked and just got off because it was frustrating.

What about making the people who are involved with bountyhunting you exempt from attending your trial. 

Trials are basically useless when you get bountyhunted as they always show up to specifically vote guilty.

I hope you're being sarcastic. If I am trying to make money one day and I get attacked by a group trying to steal my work I will easily rack up quite a high bounty. If a cop were to come and arrest me I could potentially explain what happened and get a pardon or a reduction. If bountyhunters show up they will arrest me and wait by the courthouse for my trial to specifically make sure I wait out my time simply because of my gang affiliations. 

Going out of your way to make somebodys time on a game worse is just toxic. Yes there is no guarantee the trial would go through anyway, but at least the player would have a fair shot.

Then go to a cop next time before you continue to make money. Making money with a bounty is just dumb. Yesterday I caught 2 dudes at meth lab with bounties. One had box truck full of meth and other had hmmt transport full of meth

That isn't the point I was making... You tunnel visioned that into a problem that didn't exist. You don't always have an opportunity to turn yourself into cops, getting bounty hunted is a fair part of the game. My problem is how useless the trial is once you get arrested by a bounty hunter as they specifically go out of their way to vote guilty regardless of your rp.  

I don't understand why half of the bounty hunter gangs have to be so toxic. I understand if you do the crime you should expect to do the time, but the fact that these players seemingly only do this to harass players is obnoxious.

Their decision to log is my fault how? I'm not people's parents, I don't play the game to discipline my peers when they make mistakes. If somebody breaks a rule you record it and report it. They are adults who can make their own decisions, it is childish to decide to take your salt out on somebody else just because of an affiliation.

That's the problem right there, you refuse to take out the trash in your gang. Therefore your gang's reputation suffers and those same BH are "toxic" towards you and your gang as a result. Don't whine about the system, fix your gang and I bet you'd get treated better.

Again, I'm not a parent nor a leader in the gang. If you have a problem with the gangs "trash" why don't you speak to somebody who can do something about it?

You should know the cop hierarchy well. It isn't a constable's job to punish another constable. The same applies to most gangs. Regardless of a gang's reputation for adhering to the rules players both rebel and bountyhunter will still be salty especially if they have lost in the past or died during the fight. I hope to god as a sergeant you know how to control your emotions, that is why there is an age limit after all.

My emotions aren't the issue here, it's the fact that your gang has members that CL on BH and you make excuses for their bad behavior. Since you're in the TS w/them and presumably the leader isn't too hard to get a hold of, let them know what is going on and have them tossed from the gang. BTW gang life is very different than cop life, you can't compare the two at all.

You can easily compare the hierarchy of  cop and a gang, nowhere did I compare their gameplay. Sure I can recommend the right thing to do, and I have done; But it is not my responsibility to discipline my peers. On top of that I'm not interested in the unneeded drama that would come from it. If a player combat logs get them banned, simple as that. Am I going to sit there and harass you for reporting a gang mate? No. So why should I be harassed for what they do?

Since shelling out your aggression on the closest thing is immature, I'll give you the steps. Contact the player when they return, if they don't apologize for their crash/rage and turn themselves in; report them. There you go, with one simple screenshot the player who did the crime does the time, no need to attack everybody else within arms reach. 

If you would like to argue more feel free to PM me, I would prefer not to clutter the changelog anymore.

Yes you are correct that you as a person shouldn't suffer the consequences of the CL'ers of your gang but many won't see it that way and will assume your whole gang is trash since those players haven't been removed from it. If I were in your place, I'd tell those guys directly that they are trash players and shouldn't be in the gang and if the leader defends their actions, simply leave the gang and find a better one.

Your prison is broken @bamf, we had no options when we got into the barracks, the option that used to be on the upstairs laptop is no longer there, please consider reverting to an old working variant until it's fixed, we couldn't get any further than the barracks, spent an hour.

A gang where anybody could kick anybody out would be chaos, there is a hierarchy for a reason. If an admin is breaking rules it is the job of the community manager to give them the boot not yours, should the entire administration team be blamed for the mistake of one? 

In the end this is a game where people make their own decisions, if half the gang was breaking rules I would understand that giving the gang a bad reputation. The decisions of 1-2 adult members should not affect the rest who are just trying to relax and play. Just go hit them with that swift 3 day

And trust me every "bigger" gang lasted long because permanent server rule breakers got kicked of the gang to keep their name as clean as possible. But I can tell you are kinda new over here and you will be able to figure it out by yourself

I said should all admins be held accountable for one's mistake. The obvious answer is no. Some 'bigger' gangs do have rulebreakers in them or just very toxic members in general, the only people who use this as an excuse to treat every member the same are the people losing to them. 

Also you can't end with a passive aggressive comment then say get back on topic. So in order to justify this response, the new skip tracer has led to me being shot at as I drive past.(Even though they aren't supposed to, naughty boys) 

Also having my crotch grabbed by undercovers should result in me going directly to a trauma center and getting a full pardon.

Remove God mode from it so we have the ability to shoot it out then. All lights, including light posts that are added into all these locations shouldn't have god mode on them. Its annoying not being able to shoot lights out at Bank/Prison.
