    If you are playing the game and someone happens to break a rule against you. And you in turn ask for reasonable compensation (equal to the  game value of the items lost) or a reasonable amount to compensate for a situation where a monetary value was not lost. You are not able to continue the report process. By accepting compensation you forfeit the ability to report. If you decide to continue though the process, you are liable to be banned for a discretionary amount of time by the reviewing staff member.  To add, every attempt should be made to resolve a violation at the lowest level before submitting a formal report. Accidents happen and people should be given the opportunity to correct their mistake.

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
     
    Rotating Aircraft Carrier:
    Will now be treated the same as all other Rebel Outposts.
     
    UFO Crash Site:
    Sergeants+ now have the ability to raid UFO Crash Sites. Raids will be conducted as follows: Only Constables+ may attend. All officers must make one simultaneous push. If an officer is not part of the initial push they may not join later. All officers must wear protective clothing. Marked Officers: CBRN Suit (blue) or Diving Suit. Undercover Officers: CBRN Suit (any variant) or Diving Suit. All officers have one life, if you die you are not able to respawn and come back to the fight. Officers on scene may be revived. After the raid the Sergeant+ will mark the crash site with their name and time of the raid. Only one raid may occur per crash site. Outside of a raid officers may only enter the area if they:
    Have active pursuit. Have an APB located there. Have a Warrant located there.  
    Possession of Patient Remains:
    Applied to any individual who is found to have the Patient Remains from the Mental Asylum.
     
    Weapons Trafficking Clarification:
    Weapons Trafficking is defined as “transport (ex. in a vehicle) or possession of illegal weapons in excess of personal use.”
    Personal use is defined as 1 weapon per weapon slot. A suspect must have 3 or more illegal weapons in their possession. If a suspect has exactly 3 illegal weapons, 2 must be for a single weapon slot (1 Mk-1, 1 RPG Tube and 1 Zuber is not weapons trafficking, regardless of how many legal weapons are in their possession).
    If an individual is trafficking weapons, they are given 1 count of “Weapons Trafficking” per weapon in their possession (legal or illegal).
     
    SWAT Change:
    Sergeants+ are now able to authorize all SWAT certified officers to regear for SWAT. This subsequent deployment will be on a first come first serve basis.
    SWAT lives will count towards the lives required of all officers for federal events.
     
    Uranium Change:
    Constables are now able to patrol both Uranium Mine and Nuclear Power Plant. They must abide by all other rules for these areas.
     
    Update to UFO Policy:
    If there has been no combat or person(s) in the immediate vicinity of the UFO site from the time of arrival leading up to the 15 minute timer expiring, officers may seize any illegal items immediately. If there has been combat during the waiting time of the 15 minute timer, the situation must be deemed all clear and a 1 minute timer set before seizing anything.

    REVISION OF SECTION F POLICY (4 &5)
    SECTION F
    Section F’s are reserved for extreme situations when Lieutenants have lost confidence in their Captain(s)
    Lieutenants should attempt to bring any issues they may have to the Captain in question before moving forward with a section F.

    To Start Section F proceedings
    A minimum of 50% of Lieutenants must be willing to sign a petition outlining their grievances with the Captain. (This initial petition will be anonymous) That petition will be delivered to the Senior Admins. A mandatory meeting will be conducted by the Senior Admins with all Lieutenants and the Captain in question to discuss the grievances. Stipulations
    As a Lieutenant you must be present at the meeting to have your voice and vote counted.
    Section F Meeting Procedures
    All parties should be given a chance to air their grievances and explain their side fully. In order for a Section F to pass a supermajority of 75% or higher of the Lieutenants must vote to remove the Captain.  Should the Section F fail another can not be brought against the same captain for 30 Days. Should the Section F pass, the Captain will be reassigned to the rank of Retired Lieutenant, all active Lieutenants and Sergeants will then have the opportunity to vote for the next Captain. This vote will occur in the form outlined below:
    All votes will be totaled as follows:
    Lieutenant vote will count as 1.0 points
    Sergeant vote will count as 0.5 points
    >50% is required to send the vote to Senior Admins for final approval
          5. If <50% vote for a single candidate the selection process will default back to the remaining 2 Captains and Senior Admins.
     
    The Senior Admins reserve the right to make changes to the Section F policy at any time.

    Personally, I was thinking of adding a smoke trail behind the shooting star/meteor, but i'm not sure of the performance consequences it would bring. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    So the Idea is pretty self explanatory. A live weather tracker that would sync Limnos's weather (AKA the real life version of Altis), with the in game version. This would be pretty cool. as it would allow us to have rain and thunderstorms and some other very pog things, rather than boring clear weather.  Adding to this, during the night, it would be pretty cool to be able to see some shooting stars, or maybe a few meteors that would hit Altis. The idea would be similar to the earthquakes. Pretty much the location the meteor hits will create a crater with some loot (Ruby, Diamonds, maybe treasure?). And shooting stars would just fly over adding to a normally boring night sky. 
    This is my take on the Idea, with both Live weather, and shooting stars/meteors. (except the meteors don't do anything when they hit the ground)
    The Live weather is configurable, allowing you to turn off the tracing of Humidity(Fog) and stop the syncing of time.
    that's about it, let me know what you fellas think.

    There would need to be a policy that officers must leave their plane for a Federal Event. I can remember one occurrence in the past where a UC was given a plane by a civ and he gave "callouts" for the entire bank. That amounted to 1 location every couple minutes. (I am basing it all on that one occurrence, so maybe that is a mistake ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) Other than that, I don't see much of an issue as long as planes abide by the heli manual.

    Most of these skins are already in the server, but the Idea is to add something new and fresh to them. A Selection of Pearlescent wraps for all the vehicles. this brings life and a cool new feeling aspect to the existing skins. How these would be set, would be through like normal skins but when you go to the mod shop or try to buy a vehicle next to the skins tab would be a pearlescent tab allowing you to select from a selection of them.
     
     
    These are also possible on normal solid colors aswell.
     
    Let me know what you think and how you feel about these, all criticism is welcome. Keep in mind this is not limited to just these skins, these are able to be applied to anything and everything including backpacks and clothing as well as all vehicles and really anything that can be textured.

    New Helicopter guidelines:
    APD Constables + may now check the LSD sheet factory, Spirit distillery, Dark fungi den and Drug Runner ports via helicopter. A ground unit is not required for these areas.

    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
    New Federal Event - Mental Asylum:
    Officers are required to show up to the Mental Asylum Federal Event for the first 15 minutes. Meaning, you will show up indefinitely for the first 15 minutes.
    If the rebels are able to enter and successfully hack the laptop the two life rule will kick in. You MUST give two additional lives once the hacking timer begins.
    Officers may use the Kore checkpoint to deploy to this federal event. However, you will take all suspects to a police HQ for processing. 
    Response Priority:
    In the rare situation that more than one event is triggered, officers should attempt to respond to these events with the following priority:
    Federal Reserve robbery
    Bank of Altis
    Evidence Lockup
    Mental Asylum
    Prison Break
    Shipping Robbery
    Ignition Bomb/Thermite:
    Anyone found with an ignition bomb or thermite will be charged with possession of explosives. 
     
    Keep in mind the Mental Asylum Event is new and policy is subject to change. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact a Captain.
