As for removing money from gangs who have profited from 3rd party hacks ect. That is something you would need to talk to Senior Admins about as that sort of punishment would be an Administrative Action. A one time bug resulting in a random extra 350 points is vastly different in scope and scale than people cheating in Arma 3.
