in the current stare, this suggestion needs some work. There are various points in which balance and payout are not being considered and it's reliant on one faction to make it work. Please continue to brain storm it and see if we can find something that is appealing for everyone.

Asylum Duel Arena
- People shit talk each other enough in side, introduce a duel arena similar to OSRS, this area would be a green zone besides inside the arena. Players can bet money against each other and whoever dies first loses, the server would get a 5-10% tax from the winnings and the player would have the option to select a pre built loadout (5% tax increase) or they could bring their own gear.
This sounds like a great idea.

Currently not looking to add any further weaponry to BH. They were never intended to be an equal fighting force and are designed to be a bit of the underdog who is going for the low hanging fruit. Continued weapons being added would essentially give us the APD Jr. Squad. With no gameplay rules other than the server rules. As far as increasing the cap, people are already making a ton of money from BH and often uncontested money (People giving others their bounty).
TLDR balance
