    Flawed argument, those 5.8% are significantly more active than the other 94.2%, they literally are required to play a certain amount of hours in order to keep their rank. Thought you would know this given you were a SGT. at one point.

    Now as far as @Chow Mein's OP.  I hate fighting prisons.  It is boring, and rebel sided.  So I am guilty of using the straight to jail portion, but i have just been in a 45 minute engagement and just want to do other things.  I am gunna use it.  And then when i do prison breaks i fully expect to be sent straight to jail if im caught.  We have this conversation as people are getting caught to decide where vests and grenades go...

    If you do the prison you should expect to go to jail.  You are triggering, an oftentimes, fruitless event just to mow down a ton of cops.  Acceptable risk and all./
