Because best shots who play cop are the same top 5 rebels who are whitelisted and play cop times to time. The title should have been more specific like: Who are the best 5 shots from career cops ? Lastly this is actually in a bad forum, because this is Gang related, not cop related... My career cop list though: 1. Ghille Dhu 2. Hubschrauber 3. Eli 4. Dust Runner 5.
