It's not that hard to campaign and win. It just takes effort. House Honey Dicks beat Farmer and Bags at times for governor. You just have to consistently campaign and know how to win over Kavala trolls. Better solution would be to allow voting through phone and that would take away the major advantage that Kavala has on the election. Probably also want to extend the time someone can become governor again to two weeks or something.
If I spend the time to get votes for gov the taxes are going to be 20%. And that’s why gov will always be retarded. Only one person benefits while the rest fill your bank account.

If anything about the 7.62's the LT+ should get rid of them, as they were truly added back in the day to deal with big super gangs.
*3 years later and there are no active gangs with even 10 members online consistently*
"Cant take 7.62 away from cop without taking it away from civs its only fair"

Flawed argument, those 5.8% are significantly more active than the other 94.2%, they literally are required to play a certain amount of hours in order to keep their rank. Thought you would know this given you were a SGT. at one point.
Add a 5 hour per month requirements for constables and corporals and I guarantee 400 ACTIVE cops are gone.

IMO a restrained cop should be required to drop their gear if 2 guns are pointed at them. And if that is done they should either be let go or be permitted to relog back to an HQ.

The 7.62 for LT's was a thing added to " help " the cops back in the day when there was big gangs with 20+ people online. So im all down for LT's going back to the MXM's. As there is really no need for an LT to have it anymore. The Captains could keep their 7.62's, as they are on top of the board anyway.
Would never happen. Captains wont nerf themselves and half the admin team has perm LT.

That's a really bad habit, you should try kicking it. Limiting your view and changing your recoil amount as well. When you zoom in like that you have to pull down a lot more to control the recoil, unless you're @GO7NEY and then you just use something to help you with that
Best to do it when you have a lot of sway. You can see where your bullets are going a lot easier.

I think people might be more incentivised if the goals went to server development.
Tier 1: Weapons and vehicles are 25% less
Tier 2: Reduced jail time, increased fed/bank payout, money generated from cartel ownership, and increased drug sale price
Tier 3: Small development change (Something easy that would require a small amount of time but is asked for frequently.)
Tier 4: Large development change or community event (Could be something like the addition of a new way of money making or a gang wars.) Some money used to compensate devs or event organizer for the extra work.

Yes Ive seen arma be retarded sometimes. But in his case he was asking for guns to counter what he think is related to armor stacking.
Its arma hitboxes that both civs and cops deal with so I dont see it as an issue unless he can provide evidence that it directly correlates with the revised downing script.

Its an arma issue though. Not specific to the MX.

This would be nerfing the ranks and any fire power we have against rebels. As of now it can sometimes take 2 shots to the head to down a rebel

Can I see a video because Ive never encountered this issue.

I'm not entirely sure about the history of the price of the MK200, but I believe it's been the same price since it was implemented on Asylum. The problem is that the meta has changed quite drastically since new guns have been added over time. We're acting like the civilians are hurting because the MK200 is "too expensive to use," but let's be real, even if it was cheaper, you would still buy and use the MK-I EMR just because of how powerful it is. The issue isn't pricing, it's the meta as a whole.
For the most part it is about prices. Aside from the kids that run money all day just to buy the most expensive loadout they can at rebel.
Need some long overdue price adjustments to get people using other guns. If shit isnt being bought bring the price down and maybe everyone wouldnt be using the MK1 or MK18.

I'm not even against the captain MSXW. Its definitely a step up and I don't see a reason why captains shouldn't have a better gun than LT's. But why try and act like it was implemented to give cops an MK200 equivalent?
MK200 costs so much that no one ever buys it. And if I'm not mistaken rebels are supposed to have the superior equipment available while cops often have numbers and free/cheap gear.
1 hour ago, Samperino said:Sure. We’ll make it the same price as civilian and open it up to Constable+ to make it fair.
Make it so I can spawn at rebel with a free load out and we have a deal.

Yeah when it gave rubber it was worth so you could craft vehicles. Right now It never gets touched.
Here are some suggestions.
1.) Make it something rebels defend. Id suggest having the demo planted and 20 minutes later it blows and the door opens. Rebels dont have free load outs they can throw away attacking a fortified position. Its up to the gangs to initiate the attack and if they feel its cop sided it simply wont get robbed except by the admin groups.
2.) The loot is trash. I'd suggest having the truck be filled with drugs at a value over 1mil that we can sell at the drug dealer and some OP stuff added on top of that like a few RPG rockets.
