Added:

  • Most recent gang wars winners given in-game title. Old winners removed.
  • Added autorun via custom action 5, supports swimming too.
  • Added group member names under hexes when the tilde key is pressed, last 5 seconds.
  • Added a 3rd Skiptracer north of Sofia, replacing the old bounty hunter shop.
  • Added olive legstrap backpack to rebel and regular clothing store.
    • Black added to Donor 10
    • Coyote added to Donor 9
  • Added air spawns to Athira and HW patrol HQs.
  • Added IR Laser to Rebel/Skiptracer & Cpl+.
  • Added a Check Mailbox scroll option on ATMs as alternative to !comp.
  • Medic "Partnership" system
    • Scroll on any medic to become a partner.
    • Wiping you partners will not wipe you from others, they'll still pay you if you wipe yours.
  • Added scopes to evidence lockup loot.
  • Added an additional toggle for earplug volume, toggling between full, your custom setting, and half of your custom setting.

Changed/Tweaked:

  • Increased bounty arrest cap 175k to 1 million.
  • Moved shotguns to rebel only,  made both illegal and unable to cap cartels.
  • Having your bounty hunter license revoked will keep you from getting a new license until the next server session.  <-- See Hotfix #1
  • Changed bounty hunter jailing to only be allowed at Skiptracer/Prison, no longer possible inside cities and Therisa.
  • Renamed Skiptracer map markers to Bounty Hunter Base.
  • Checkpoint gates will now be open after a restart.
  • Added MXM to Evidence Lockup loot table.
  • Spike strip weight 10 -> 12
  • Ammo/Scope/Attachment prices will now be more consistent across Altis.
  • In 2019 we promised a permanent 15% reduction on Rebel weapons, We have made back-end changes that resulted in that 15% discount being removed and have instead reduced prices to compensate. In most cases you shouldn't notice a difference at all, if you find odd/clearly broken prices leave feedback! Intentional Base price reductions below.
    • P90 $8000 -> $6,000
    • LIM $35000 -> $30,000
    • MK 200 $30000 -> $25,000
  • Key ammo Price Changes
    • LIM Ammo $5000 -> $3000
    • MK 200 Ammo  $4000 -> $2500
  • APD MX-GL $6000 -> $3000
  • Medic revives will now pay 15% of the amount to all medics online (excluding yourself).
    • Reviving medic will get the other 85% - if you have partners that 85% is divided among your partners.
  • Giving too many items to a player will now let them know what you tried to give.
  • Ability to revive group members even if they don't hit "Allow Revive".
  • Katiba Added to UC Store for SGT+

Removed

  • Removed lethal payouts and pardon.
  • Removed red zone from Skiptracer.
  • Removed bounty hunter shops within cities.
  • Removed police virtual item shop from inside Evidence Lockup.
  • Removed Kavala HQ dispatch desk.
  • Removed split medic groups.

Fixed:

  • Fixed various exploit methods.
  • Fixed missing Swat garage at Air HQ.
  • Missing Donor 8 Van.
  • Fixed revoking permanent house keys.
  • Fixed map drawing exploit.

Hot Fix #1:

  • Bounty Hunter license is now equal price as a Rebel License ($12,500)
  • Changed spelling of licence to license when purchasing
  • Reverted Revoke license change
  • Added ability for Corporal+ to revoke BH License for remainder of server restart (See policy update from Captains for when to use)
  • Fixed metal plate gathering in prison
  • Fixed blackjack tables
  • Fixed a script error for redgull

With the change to lethals how does the APD handle people outside of HQ's at 1 minute to restart who refuse/unable to pay their ticket?

Was actually requested by Samperino when he was CoP. So it's been long overdue.

Because, regular bounty hunter shops all were removed and now the 3 skiptracers are the only place for both skiptracer gear and normal BH gear.

Didnt put 2 and 2 together for BH, derp.

The lethal change tho is kinda meh still. There needs to be a reward for lethals especially if someone is in a unreachable positions.

I meannnn how do you learn some time management when they do a bank 12 mins before restart and you get them all downed and restrained with 3 mins left? With this  you should probably change the federal events to be on a lock-down  a certain time before restart.

That's up to your higher ups I guess, I don't deal with how the APD handles these issues? However, you should now be able to send someone to jail regardless of location within the last 2.5 minutes or whatever the time is when it tells you to sync your vehicle. This is to be used in accordance to whatever APD policy/procedures/guidelines they decide on though.

Yes. They are just no longer bounty hunter turn in locations.

Solely APD? Bounty hunters couldn't pardon your bounty by lethaling before.... Jailing from any location was the fix for those would like to abuse restarts for lethals.

It is the only federal event on the server where the rebels can close the power down, drive away from it for x amount of time until its disabled then all push in ifrits. You should have to stay and defend the power box just like the bank, just like the fed, just like the prison. 

Imagine going to the bank, starting the drill, flying away for 9 mins and comming back.
Imagine starting the prison and driving away until the prisoners are out of jail. 
It makes no sense and is being exploited. 

Changing shotguns to being illegal and only able to buy from rebel but not able to cap cartels?? how much thinking went into that? why?

Make bounty hunter licenses worth more money if you want to punish bounty hunters. Now if some new guy gets fucked over  bounty hunting 20 mins into a server session, he cant play that if he was having fun with it for another 2 hours 40 mins? Bounty hunters have it rough enough going after rebels with the same gear as police officers just without the whole police force behind them. What the hell is the thinking behind this?

Moving the bounty hunter stations outside of citys is just as dumb, you are gatekeeping newer players and pushing stuff further away from the citys where alot of fun interaction happens.  

Whoever is pulling the strings at the top right now, presumably you henry needs to get pulled out of here before you fuck up more shit. 

The Gatekeeping on the federal events is a dumb, We have to wait at the fed until 8 minutes after  the prison gets done... only to start hacking the fed doors and a bank to go off locking us out of it again until that is done +8 mins. we went 6/7?? years without there being an issue with that. Not needed addition to the server also.


Stupid stuff, we are going backwards.

Downside:

The 1 minute rule was one until you stated the change above

Lethals not paying out for unreachable places and armed gunners.

Certain situations at federal events.

Benefits:

I personally cant think of any benefits.

The payout of lethals tie into a lot of police policy which obviously isnt your area of course.
